Rights, sales, conduct and moderation
Creators retain full intellectual property rights to every original work they submit. EvolutArt holds only the limited permission needed to host, display and deliver that work on the portal. Strict guidelines protect digital audio, literary texts and visual assets against unauthorised reproduction, and any takedown request is reviewed against these terms.
Digital file purchases, one-off access fees, subscriptions and creator support payments are governed by clear terms, with fees stated before payment. Community conduct is enforced through moderation: content that infringes rights or breaks the conduct rules may be removed, and decisions can be appealed through the contact channel.
